Delivery policy

Product prices on our website are exclusive of postage and packing charges.

The delivery charges within Kathmandu are as follows:

Within the Ring Road :  Free of charge

Outside the Ring Road : $3

Deliveries in the other cities will be available in the near future. This shall come into force once we have our necessary logistic support and eventually the delivery and shipping information will be added on to the website. In the future we reserve the right to change this shipping policy without notice.

You choose the Delivery date:

Delivery will be made within the date specified by the sender. Please allow yourself at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Once the delivery is completed we will send you a picture confirmation of the gift received.

Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

If you change your mind... your right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason by quickly sending us an email at info@giftayo.com at least one working day before the scheduled delivery date for regular items and at least two working days before for perishable items. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If we have already processed your order, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover our processing cost.

Further details of your right to cancel are given in the e-mail confirming your order. If you are wishing to return products because they are faulty please see the 'Returns' paragraph below.

Returns

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is defective, damaged or sent in error by us, please have the recipient of the gift in Nepal contact our office in New Baneshwor and we will issue a replacement or provide you with an option for gift certificate and should your decision not change we will gladly refund you with the full amount that you had originally paid for. giftayo.com does not provide any monetary refund to the recipient in Nepal.

All sales are final for perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweet etc. Returns and refunds policy do not apply to perishable items.

For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item but we will not refund any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.
